Most people think of getting Personality Portraits when they are going into their senior year of high school, and we call those Senior Pictures. But the truth is, you can have a portrait made at any age that captures your personality, interests and style.
These sessions always start with a consultation meeting where we sit down and get to know each other to brainstorm ideas for what would make a photo that is uniquely YOU! We talk about clothing, props, locations, and anything else that you want included in your portraits.
After that we set a date to take your pictures, sometimes we need more than one day to get to different locations or setups. This is why Personality Portraits cost a bit more than a regular picture in a park or in the studio. And we usually do those set ups too!
Finally, we’ll sit down and look at how everything came out and you can choose images to put together an album or book (with maybe an extra copy for the grandparents) as well as a fine art print for the wall. Oftentimes we make a composite poster style image that includes many of the different setups to try to encompass all of your interests into one work of art.
